The fashion legend that is Valentino Garavani can definitely pull in a crowd. The Venice Film Festival after party for the premiere of the new film 'Valentino: The Last Emperor' pulled in a host of A-list names including Charlize Theron, Elizabeth Hurley, Claire Danes and Diane Kruger. They all looked fabulous (mainly in Valentino, natch) and we've got the pics!

Charlize Theron and Eva Mendes at HFPA lunch

Yesterday The Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA) held a lunch at the Beverly Hills Hotel to present $1,200,425 in financial grants to film schools and non-profit organisations! Among the celebrities present at the event were Eva Mendes, Charlize Theron, Jennifer Lopez and Hilary Swank. The time of the event (middle of the day) didn't stop the stars from dressing up in true red carpet glamour. Eva Mendes looked stunning in a silver shift dress working the metallic trend whilst Theron opted for a brighter shade with a Stella McCartney teal bubble skirt dress.
