The Pob, Paris Hilton style at Sundance

After looking through a lot of celebrities photos taken so far from the Sundance Film Festival, I was tempted not to post about Paris Hilton, because she gets up to far too much and do you really want to know what boy she tried to pick up and what eye sore she wore? But I couldn't resist the urge to post a picture of her hair do. Now keep in mind that this is a girl who probably has weekly trips to her hairdresser (or he has weekly trips to her), so why is she sporting this bob with longer strands down the left side off her face?

Is she trying to do a "pob" Victoria Beckham style where the front is longer than the back? or is she hiding something behind that hair? Either way, I'm not a fan, at least Victoria's 'Pob' was more well kept.

Paris Hilton *is* Little Miss Christmas

And just to prove it, she wore this T-shirt while she was out Christmas shopping. Yes, our Paris is nothing if not literal.

If, like me, you've failed to get into the rampant consumerism -sorry, I mean: festive spirit - of December, then hopefully this picture will change your mind. Or at least confirm that there are other people out getting into it for you.

Because Paris Hilton - complete with skinny jeans, sunglasses and jaunty hat - left the Kitson store in Los Angeles yesterday, laden with shopping bags full of Christmas goodies. Including a toy Santa Claus. And if that doesn't make her Little Miss Christmas, then frankly, I don't know what does.

While Katie Price is swanning around department stores Paris Hilton is doing the exact same thing over on the other side of the Pond.

Here she was yesterday at Macy's in Miami, meeting and greeting 'fans' as she launched her new perfume 'Can Can'.

Sadly, she refrained from wearing a frilly dress and fishnet tights for the occasion, but she did wear a full-length, cream halterneck dress with big chocolate ice-cream blobs all over it.

Or are they shadows? Who knows. Or, indeed, cares. Well, me, clearly. And hopefully you. But apart from that? Nope, I've got no idea, either.

At first I didn't think there was anything special about this picture.

Another shot of Paris Hilton posing and wearing a nondescript dress is hardly news-worthy.
Then I looked closer. Much closer. (Ok, so maybe not that close but i'm building up the tension.)

In a manner similar to a 4 year old girl, Paris has been playing cutting and sticking, and her shoulder is covered in silver paper stars!

See?!

At first it seems more than a little absurd, but then I thought about it.

Body art without the pain, and is removable, and adds extra shimmer to your party dress? Ms Hilton is a genius.

I'm heading over to Toys 'r' Us to add a packet of sparkly star stickers to my Stylefile as we speak.....

Paris Hilton’s world tour: next stop Tokyo

If global warming had one sure threat, it must be that of a globe-trotting party girl.

Paris was joined by her fashion designer sister Nicky in Tokyo yesterday to help launch the new handbag collection of Japanese designer Samantha Thavasa. She jetted there from Russia, where she'd been on the front row at Moscow Fashion Week.

But for someone living out of a suitcase (albeit probably a very large, designer one), Paris still manages to keep the style stakes high.

Paris' October Magazine Covers: GQ Germany, Elle UK

Uh oh, she's baaack... she hasn't been making as many appearances on tabloids lately (she's quite busy with the business end of things, with that Kitson line launch and so forth, dontcha know) but that doens't we won't see Paris in magazines anymore. Quite contrary - this month she nabs two full-size magazine spreads showcasing her in various stages of undress.

Elle UK claims to present a new "Paris Reinvented" smartly dressed in business clothing, but GQ Germany shows the famous heiress rather undressed, with her old long locks. Before and after, perhaps? Old Paris, and New Paris? Or the same ole Paris any way you look at it?

Paris unveils fashion line

Police and city workers were called in to handle the crowd and a lane of traffic was closed as Paris Hilton unveiled her clothing line at a trendy boutique.

The heiress, author, singer, perfume designer and reality-TV star unveiled the line at Kitson, a boutique known for its celebrity clientele. The traffic lane was closed for pedestrians' safety, a city spokesman said.

Clad in a gold sequin minidress, Hilton, 26, emerged from a black sport utility vehicle to a throng of fans who spilled into the street Thursday. Inside the store, Hilton was all smiles."It's a dream come true to have my own clothing line," she said.

"It's just Paris style: fun, bright and flashy."The collection, which Hilton described as "really comfortable" and "really affordable," includes shoes, T-shirts and jeans. Hilton said she spent a year submitting and approving designs.

"It's just from my closet to their closets," she said. Additional pieces will be released next month, she said.

She also discussed other newsy matters in her life: her pregnant pal, Nicole Richie ("She's going to be a great mom," Hilton said), and the pending sale of her Hollywood Hills home.

"I'm going to miss my house because I love it. I really designed it to be my perfect taste," she said. "But too many people know where I live and I'd rather be in a gated community."

Paris Hilton for Kitson at Kitson!

I have never been more gutted that I don't live in L.A. How lucky all you Los Angeles folk are as you can now be styled by Paris Hilton! The former jailbird has been busy working away on her first clothing line which will be sold at Kitson from 16th August. From 1 - 3pm Ms Hilton will be on hand to offer advice to shoppers who can already pre-order two items from the collection. One of the items is a t-shirt with her face on it in a pop art style, she has been spotted out and about in it, much to everyone else's amusement. However, no doubt that it will sell out and a queue as long as that for Space Mountain at Disneyland will form.

The other item which you can currently pre-order is a pair of twist seam skinny jeans that appear to be designed in a way to make everybody's bum look bigger than it actually is. Why would anybody make such mean jeans? I hear you cry, because she's Paris Hilton so why the hell not?!
